Where Education Meets Opportunity

At MindMints Foundation (MMF), we believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to learn, develop skills, discover their potential and build a meaningful career — irrespective of their social or economic background.

Our purpose is simple:

  • To connect the right education with the right skills and the right opportunities.
  • We work at the intersection of Academia, Industry and Youth, creating pathways that help young people move confidently from learning to earning.

Transforming Youth Through Education and Opportunity

Who we are

Established in 2019 as a non-profit registered under Section 8 of the Indian Companies Act, the MindMints Foundation (MMF) is committed to transforming youth empowerment and skill development in India. We create meaningful opportunities for underprivileged youth through targeted skill-building programmes, focusing on developing a highly skilled, market-ready workforce.

Our goal is to enhance employability and contribute to nation-building — driving positive change and fostering inclusive growth.

Academia Industry Youth

Our Vision

A skilled, empowered and opportunity-driven generation of young people.

To create an ecosystem where young people have equitable access to education, relevant skills and opportunities that enable them to build meaningful careers, achieve financial independence and contribute positively to society.

Our Mission

Connecting Academia. Industry. Youth.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between education and employment by equipping young people with industry-relevant knowledge, practical skills, professional capabilities and access to career opportunities.

Through collaboration with academia, industry and other stakeholders, we aim to develop a skilled, employable and future-ready youth workforce.

Our Purpose

Turning potential into opportunity

Our purpose is to help young people transform their potential into meaningful possibilities.

We believe that skilling should not end with a certificate.

  • Learning becomes meaningful when it builds confidence.
  • Skills become meaningful when they improve employability.
  • Training becomes meaningful when it creates opportunity.
  • Opportunity becomes meaningful when it enables a young person to build a sustainable future.

That is the purpose behind MindMints Foundation.

Respect & humility

Every young person who walks in is met where they are, without judgement.

Equality

Access to skilling should not depend on where someone was born or what they can pay.

Value Centricity

We measure ourselves on the livelihood created, not the number of seats filled.

What we Do

From Learning to Earning

At MindMints Foundation, we believe that the true measure of skilling is not simply what a young person learns — it is what that learning enables them to become. Our programmes are designed around the complete journey from education to employability and employment.

Our People

Join the team behind MindMints

A hands-on team working across our corporate office in Naraina, New Delhi and our registered office in Dehradun. If you want to spend your working day on youth employability, there are two ways in.

Work with us

Our team is organised around the three things a candidate actually needs, and that is where we hire:

  • Training & curriculum — delivering the NSDC-certified BFSI programmes, built with financial-domain institutes such as IIBF.
  • Placement support — working our hiring-partner network so trained candidates get direct interview invites, and staying with them through it.
  • Outreach & partnerships — reaching colleges and communities, and looking after the corporates and funders backing our cohorts.

Send your CV and the area you want to work in to chro@sigmaindia.com, or WhatsApp it to +91 81308 03058, and we'll tell you what's open.

Intern with us

Students and recent graduates work alongside the team on the parts of our programmes that run every week:

  • College & community outreach — joining campus visits and helping young people understand what a BFSI career looks like.
  • Cohort coordination — supporting a batch from enrolment through to on-the-job training.
  • Research & communications — mapping hiring partners and writing up what our cohorts go on to do.

WhatsApp your CV to +91 81308 03058 with what you're studying, where you're based and how much time you can give. Internships are arranged case by case.

*Specific vacancies, internship durations and any stipend are confirmed on enquiry — send us the details above and the team will come back to you.

Reading on skilling and BFSI

The reports and coverage we point candidates, partners and funders to when they ask why BFSI skilling matters right now.

Information Desk

What students and parents ask us most

What is BFSI, and why train for it?

BFSI stands for Banking, Financial Services & Insurance — one of India's fastest-growing sectors. As it digitalises and expands, it needs large numbers of trained young people, which means steady, formal-sector job opportunities.

Is the training free or paid?

Our Internship and Apprenticeship programmes are completely free for candidates. You do not need to pay any training or enrolment fee. In fact, eligible candidates receive a stipend during their engagement, whether they join through an internship opportunity or an intensive 12-month Apprenticeship Programme, subject to the applicable programme terms and eligibility criteria.

We also offer scholarship opportunities under our “Learn While You Work” programme for eligible candidates who wish to pursue a vocational qualification alongside practical work experience.

Under this work-embedded learning model, candidates gain hands-on industry experience and attend their vocational or college classes alongside their work schedule, typically during designated evening or weekend days. Eligible candidates may receive scholarship support towards their educational programme, subject to the applicable course, institution, eligibility criteria and scholarship guidelines.

Our objective is simple: to enable young people to learn, earn and build a recognised qualification while gaining real-world work experience.

For details on available programmes, stipends, scholarships and eligibility, message us on WhatsApp and our team will guide you.

Who is eligible to apply?

Our programmes are designed for motivated young people seeking entry into BFSI roles, including women pursuing skilling and livelihood pathways. Specific eligibility depends on the programme — reach out and we'll guide you. (Eligibility details to be confirmed.)

Do you really help with placement?

Yes. Placement assistance is built into our programmes — including direct interview invites with hiring partners and support through the process. Outcomes depend on the candidate and role.

How can I support or donate?

Corporates and individuals can fund skilling cohorts or hire from them. Write to prashant.goswami@mindmints.org and we'll share our statutory registrations (FCRA / CSR-1 / 12A / 80G) and how your contribution is used. (Online donation details to be confirmed.)

Where are you based?

Our corporate office is in Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi, with a registered office in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. We work with youth across India.

How do I apply?

The fastest way is to message us on WhatsApp at +91 8130803058, or fill in the enquiry form below. We'll get back to you with the next steps.
